Movies and Beer

Now that I have your attention...

I have a confession to make.. I kinda lied last night. Yeah I'm sure you'll all get over it. I already did.

I didn't end up staying in after all. After I wrote you all yesterday, I got bored. All the great 60's reruns that were on, I had seen already at some point in time. So I decided to go see a movie at the theater near my house: Cinemas Guzzo Mega-Plex Spheretech 14. What a mouthful. I took a picture of the outside of the place but it didn't come out that great cuz of all the freezing rain. I'd post it anyway but my camera is in my truck and I'm not going to get it right now. It's like most of the theaters back home nowadays. Stadium seating and all. The one thing that's better is the seats are wicked soft. Lots of padding. The one thing I didn't like though was that they had a sign that said "no pirates". What the hell is that? So much for equality and civil rights. At least they let ninjas in.

I got to see "Meet the Fockers" which was pretty Focking good (yeah I'm clever too).

Now onto beer. I got another Beer Tray in today. A nice Pabst Blue Ribbon tray. Thanks to someone that shall remain anonymous (to protect the innocent) I have begun a small collection of these things. As if I didn't have enough vices. Nothing I'll go overboard with but, they make for nice decoration and helps me push my appreciation for beer onto the people who visit me.

Speaking of... I wasn't planning on coming back to Massachusetts until late February to play a gig. However, in 2 weeks, there's a beer fest in Boston. Depending on finances, I may make the trip. Not sure just yet though. If anyone is interested, let me know, it may influence my decision either way ;-)

Finally, work is going good up here. A little busy. I've gotta start coordinating some stuff with one of our sister sites in the UK. Trying to convince my boss that due to the difference in time zones I should fly there. That hasn't worked yet. I'll try again later.
