Oh Yeah.. I Almost Forgot!

With all my pissin' and moanin' the last couple days, there were a couple more positives this week. I finally brought my bass and amp up from Chicopee. My neighbors should like that! Although I forgot my book, long cord and tuner. I've got a short cord that will do for now. And for tuning, well, I've got the strings tuned by ear to the right intervals, or as close as they're going to get with my ear, but since my starting point probably wasn't correct it won't be just right. But oh well, I'll live.

Lots of people coming and going to and from my building as of the past couple of weeks. The two apartments across the hall from me are now filled. I haven't met any of the neighbors yet. And the Asian family at the end of the hall is leaving. Too bad, they were nice Asians. Hopefully they'll be replaced by more nice Asians.

I also got this 10% discount card for the McDonald's near my office. A bunch of us went there for lunch on Wednesday and the chick behind the counter gave me one. No one else got one so I guess I'm special. She was being all sweet and stuff, but I really had no interest in anything other than the discount card.
