What'll Ya Have?
Pabst Blue Ribbon!
Nothing much to write about today. I cleaned my place up a little yesterday then went to see "Mr. & Mrs. Smith". I had low expectations for the movie itself. I just went to see Angeline Jolie's performance, which was nice. But the movie ended up being quite entertaining. And sitting in a movie theater with A/C was a much better idea than going downtown to sit in an oven-like room watching indy plays.
Today I needed to do some more grocery shopping. Just needed some soda, juice and fruits and veggies for the week. Friggin' Provigo was out of bananas though. Those bastards!! So I went across the street to the fruit market. I've been meaning to go check it out for the last 8 months but haven't quite gotten around to it. But today I did cuz I needed bananas. Good thing to as I stumbled across a most excellent discovery. They carry Pabst Blue Ribbon! Thank God! I no longer need to worry about drinking Molson products or Labatt-made Anheuser-Busch products when my stash of Sam Adams dwindles. I can go there and pick up some reasonably-priced PBR. Excellent! I did not, however, buy any today as I am still on the Megan/Richards Cleansing Program (see post from earlier last week) and am doing quite well at it. I shall be ready for the challenges that await me later this coming week.
That's it for now. I leave you with some words of inspiration:
You can travel fifteen thousand miles
To far off lands and distant isles
From tropic sun to arctic snows
I'ts Pabst Blue Ribbon the whole world knows
In Napoli where Nick and Tony
Enjoy fine beer and macaroni
You'll always get a welcome smile
When you ask this question
In Italian style
What'll you have?
Pabst Blue Ribbon!
